restorative yoga for perinatal loss

How do we move through a loss that also impacts our physical body, with gentle compassion?

This 20-minute guided restorative yoga practice has the goal of tending to the heart and the emotional components of grief and loss.

If you’re hesitant to work together on a more committed level, this is a great place to start!

**Always consult your medical provider about your specific situation before engaging in a physical practice.**

This extremely gentle practice is appropriate for folks through the spectrum of loss, as long as you have been cleared by a healthcare provider to practice yoga.

The goal is to facilitate feelings of release and relief around areas of the body that may retain the difficult emotions of loss, and to hold energetic space and validation for your loss.

This recording includes:

  • Visual and audio cues through a 20-min restorative yoga practice (approx. 5 postures that tune in to specific parts of the body that hold loss)

  • Gentle background music to soothe nerves
